For practice owners

Your life's work deserves a good home.

Selling isn't only a financial decision. It's about the patients who trusted you for decades and the team who built the practice with you. We're a local group of four practices in Jacksonville and St. Augustine, and we take that seriously enough to tell you honestly when we're not the right fit.

What we commit to

The three things owners worry about.

Almost every conversation we have starts in the same place. Here's where we stand on each.

Your patients

They came to you because of how you treated them, and that shouldn't change on a Tuesday because the sign out front did. Our whole model is built on comfortable care and lasting relationships — 2,500+ reviews averaging 4.9 stars across our practices is the evidence we'd point to.

Your team

The people who built this with you need somewhere worth staying. We're a culture-first organization with thirty written fundamentals and a genuine track record of keeping good people. Your team lands in a place that works the way you'd hope.

You

Some owners want to hand over the keys and go. Others want to keep treating patients without ever seeing an invoice again. Tell us which one you are and we'll build the conversation around it rather than around a template.

We're local, and staying that way

  • Four practices, two cities — Jacksonville and St. Augustine
  • No plans to expand beyond these two markets for now
  • Leadership you'll actually meet, not a deal team you never see again after closing
  • Decisions made here, by people who live with the results

What that means for you

  • Your practice is a real part of a small group, not entry 340 in a portfolio
  • Your reputation in this community stays connected to ours
  • You can drive past in five years and recognize the place
  • If it goes badly, we're the ones who hear about it at the grocery store
Ask the doctors who've already sold to us. We'll connect you, and we'll step out of the room.
Our standing offer to every owner we talk to
How it works

An unhurried, confidential process.

You're not signing anything by having a conversation, and nothing moves faster than you want it to.

  1. A conversation, nothing more

Coffee or a phone call. You tell us about the practice and what you're hoping for. We tell you honestly whether it sounds like a fit. Plenty of these conversations end here, and that's fine.

  2. Getting to know each other

You learn how we operate and meet the people you'd be handing your patients to. We learn about your practice. This is where we'd connect you with doctors who have already sold to us.

  3. The numbers

We review the financials together and put a straightforward offer in front of you — a full purchase of the practice, kept simple on purpose. We'd rather walk you through the details face to face than hand you a term sheet and disappear.

  4. A transition built around you

Stay on full-time, scale back to the days you enjoy, or hand it over cleanly. We plan the handoff to your team and patients together, so nobody finds out by surprise.

  5. After close

Your team joins ours, with our systems taking the administrative load off their shoulders. Your patients keep their relationships, their records, and the care they were promised.

Confidentiality is the whole point. Nothing worries an owner more than staff or patients hearing a rumor before there's anything to tell. Your inquiry goes only to leadership. We don't discuss it with our teams, we don't announce anything without your sign-off, and if you decide against it, the conversation simply ends.

Questions

What owners ask us first.

Will my team keep their jobs?

That's our intent and it's central to why we buy practices at all — a practice is its people. We'd rather talk through your specific team early than give you a blanket guarantee that ignores the details of your situation.

Can I keep practicing after the sale?

Yes, if that's what you want — and many owners do. You'd join our team as an associate and keep treating the patients you've cared for, without ever seeing a payroll run or an insurance denial again. Some stay on full-time, some taper to a couple of days a week, and some hand over the keys entirely. We'll build around your answer.

Do you buy practices outside Jacksonville and St. Augustine?

Not right now. We're focused on these two markets, and being honest about that is more useful to you than taking a meeting we can't act on.

How are your deals structured?

We keep it simple: a full purchase of the practice. What that looks like for you depends on your practice, your timeline, and what you want your own role to be afterward — which is exactly the kind of thing worth talking through in person rather than reading on a website. Reach out and we'll have that conversation.

How long does the process take?

As long as it should. We'll start whenever you'd like, even if you're only beginning to think about it. Some of our deals have come together in a few months; others have taken considerably longer because that's what the doctor needed. What matters to us is a transition that's smooth for you, your patients, your team, and ours — and that isn't something to rush.

Will you change how I practice dentistry?

Clinical decisions stay clinical. We don't set production quotas or dictate treatment plans. Our Chief Dental Officer is a clinician, and that's deliberate.

Start with a conversation.

Confidential, no obligation, and no pressure. Even if you're years away from deciding, it's worth knowing who's out there.
